The State of Maine, through the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Office of State Procurement Services (OSPS), is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) on behalf of the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. The purpose of this RFQ is to procure six complete boat packages, including boats, motors, and trailers, to support the operations of the Maine Warden Service. The goal is to ensure that the Warden Service has reliable and efficient watercraft for their duties.

Work Details

The contract involves providing a total of six (6) complete turnkey boat packages as follows: - Commodity Lines 1 through 5: Five (5) individual 16-foot class side-console utility boat packages based on Lund Adventurer specifications or approved equal. Each package must include: - Installed motor - Fitted bunk trailer - Installed controls and gauges - Battery - Propeller - Installed options/accessories - Dealer preparation - Required documentation

Commodity Line 6

One (1) complete 17-foot class side-console utility boat package based on Lund Alaskan SC specifications or approved equal. This package must also include all components listed above. Each bid must be an all-inclusive price covering all costs necessary for delivery to the specified location at Maine Warden Service, Gray, ME.

Period of Performance

The contract will be executed upon award with delivery expected as specified in each bidder's response regarding delivery days after receipt of order.

Place of Performance

Delivery will occur at Maine Warden Service, located at 15 Game Farm Road, Gray, ME 04039.
