This is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ) JBER will hosts an Open House Airshow this year. We have a request for a vendor to provide, set-up, tear down, and take away tents, chairs, tables, and associated tent items. The list of requested items are attached. Please email the below POCs if you are able to satisfy this requirement.

Background Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) is hosting an Open House Airshow and requires a vendor to provide various rental items for the event. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all necessary equipment, including tents and seating, is available and properly set up for the duration of the airshow. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing, setting up, tearing down, and removing the following items: 1) 20x40 Marquee Tents (multiple packages), 2) Bay Window Walls, 3) Linen Spandex Cocktail Tables, 4) Banquet Tables (various sizes), 5) White Resin Chairs, 6) Concrete Anchors (large and small/medium), 7) Canopies, and additional associated tent items as specified in the attached list. Recommendations include ordering extra items for flexibility during the event and reevaluating table arrangements to optimize guest flow. Period of Performance The contract will be performed in conjunction with the Open House Airshow event schedule, which typically spans several days leading up to and including the event date. Place of Performance Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. Bidder Requirements Bidders must demonstrate capability to provide all listed rental items and services. Experience with similar events may be beneficial. Specific recommendations from previous events should be considered in planning.
