Background

The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management is seeking competitive bids for qualified vendors to produce and deliver two custom educational playing card decks. Work Details

The contractor will provide two custom educational playing card decks: one Hazard Mitigation deck and one Earthquake/Tsunami deck. Each deck must include a full set of custom printed playing cards and a custom printed tuck box using State-provided artwork, layouts, logos, and updated card content. The vendor must maintain existing layouts unless changes are approved in writing by the State. Specific requirements include: 1. Hazard Mitigation Deck: Full set of cards with State-provided content. 2. Earthquake/Tsunami Deck: Full set of cards with State-provided content. 3. Custom Tuck Boxes: Must include specific design elements as per State guidelines. 4. Delivery must be made FOB destination to the specified address, including all costs for production, proofing, packaging, shipping, and delivery.
