The Metropolitan Council is seeking a qualified consultant to develop annual 2 CFR 200 Central Services Cost Allocation Plans. The consultant will be responsible for: - Generating annual Cost Allocation Plans in accordance with 2 CFR 200 requirements - Ensuring each plan is based on the fiscal years ending December 31, 2026 through December 31, 2030 - Delivering plans that will be utilized for fiscal years ending December 31, 2028 through December 31, 2032 Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the Metropolitan Council (Council).

Background

The Council requires annual Central Services Cost Allocation Plans to comply with federal regulations (2 CFR 200). These plans are essential for the allocation of central services costs across the organization and are used for federal reporting and reimbursement purposes.

The period of performance for this contract is anticipated to run from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2031. The consultant must provide annual reports based on the fiscal years ending December 31, 2026 through December 31, 2030. The resulting plans will be used for fiscal years ending December 31, 2028 through December 31, 2032.
