Background

The Glenwood Redevelopment Corporation is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB) for the Glenwood Resource Center Building Abatement - Area 2. Bidder Requirements

Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on June 5, 2026, either virtually or in-person at Mills County Annex Building, Glenwood, Iowa. Bids will not be accepted from those who do not attend this conference.
