Background

The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Finance and Administration Cabinet, is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of eight (8) units of the 2026 Honda Fourtrax Rancher 4x4. This procurement aims to support the operational needs of the Kentucky State Police, ensuring they have access to reliable all-terrain vehicles for various law enforcement activities.

Bidders must comply with KRS Chapter requirements including tax registration and must submit a Required Affidavit for Bidders claiming Resident Bidder Status if applicable. Additionally, bidders are required to provide proof of insurance prior to award.
