The Johnson County Northeast Office (NEO) HVAC Renewal Project is initiated by Johnson County, aiming to enhance the HVAC systems within its Northeast Office Building located at 6000 Lamar Avenue, Mission, Kansas. The project involves significant upgrades to ensure efficient climate control and compliance with current standards.

Work Details

The scope of work includes the replacement of the Air Handler Unit (AHU), chillers, and pump renewal at the Johnson County Northeast Office Building. This encompasses all necessary materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any other items required to fully complete the work. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is scheduled for June 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. Bidders must submit a bid bond amounting to five percent (5%) of their total bid with their proposal.
