Contract Requirements

- Upon award, contractors must provide the following insurance coverage: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Pollution Liability, Contractors Equipment (including any equipment for the job), Installation Floater, Rigger's Liability, and Builder's Risk. - Refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for insurance limits and additional details, and ensure compliance with requirements found at: https://www.unr.edu/bcn-nshe/risk/contracts .

Submission Instructions

- Physical documents are not accepted for any solicitation (including ITB, RFP, RFQ, or CMAR).
