UNR - Replace Roof at the Computing Center

Scope of Work

- This contract involves the replacement of the existing low-slope roofing at the Computing Center. The project is classified as a prevailing wage project.

Requesting Entity

The University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) is seeking bids for this project under Project #17DRPR00811, Labor Commissioner #WA-2026-403, and SPWD Project #26-B063.

Background

The project is being managed through BCN Purchasing. The estimated cost range for the roof replacement is between $250,000 and $350,000. Liquidated damages are set at $500 per day.
