Provide single line plans. Provide electrical plan to show conduit route. Provide and install (1) Disconnect sized to serve existing lift station load. Provide and install an electrical pathway from the new disconnect to T1775 transformer. Pathway will be surface mounted to building 1730 and then trenched from the edge of the building to T1775.All work will be done in accordance with UFC, IFS, NEC, ICD, local, and state codes. Proposals will be evaluated using lowest price, technically acceptable. A site visit will take on 5/21/2026 at 10AM PDT, meeting in front of building 1730s main entrance. Please ensure your base pass request has been submitted to me by 2PM PDT on 5/18/2026 if you do not have base access to Nellis AFB to ensure you have access by the date of the site visit. Questions are due by close of business 5/26/2026. Answers will be provided via a solicitation amendment.

Summary: Background The contract is issued by the 99th Civil Engineer Squadron (99 CES) at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), Nevada. The goal of this contract is to install a disconnect for a lift station at Building 1730, ensuring compliance with various codes and standards. Work Details The contractor will furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidental works necessary to complete the installation of a lift station disconnect at Building 1730. Specific tasks include: providing single line plans; creating an electrical plan to show conduit routes; providing and installing one disconnect sized to serve the existing lift station load; and installing an electrical pathway from the new disconnect to the T1775 transformer. Period of Performance The contract is expected to be performed over a period of approximately 60 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed.
