PVC Roof Installation and HVAC Replacement, ARDOT Northeast Arkansas Engineer Office, Jonesboro

Background

The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) is issuing a contract for the replacement of the roof and HVAC systems at their Northeast Arkansas Office located at 600 South Main St., Jonesboro, Arkansas. The goal of this contract is to ensure the facility is equipped with modern roofing and HVAC systems that meet current standards and provide efficient climate control for the building's occupants.

Work Details

The work under this contract includes: 1. Complete removal of existing roof membrane and insulation down to the existing wood deck. 2. Repair of existing wood decking as required. 3. Installation of four (4) inches of new polyisocyanurate insulation board and a fully adhered fleece backed PVC membrane roof. 4. Removal of two existing roof-mounted condensing units, one ground-mounted condensing unit, three interior air handler/furnace units, and associated materials. 5. Installation of new roof-mounted condensing units and interior air handler/furnace units along with all necessary associated materials.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract is expected to commence upon award and will be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the contract documents.
