Background

Fairmont State University (FSU), established in 1865 and located in Fairmont, West Virginia, is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for the Feaster Center Fire Alarm Replacement project. Work Details

The contractor will provide labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services necessary for the installation of a new addressable voice fire alarm system throughout the Feaster Center building. This includes all notification devices and alarm devices, as well as interconnection with the existing door security system and campus monitoring system. Additionally, the contractor will disconnect and completely remove the two existing fire alarm systems currently in place within the building.

Period of Performance

The contractor is expected to achieve substantial completion within 150 consecutive calendar days from the issuance of FSU's Notice to Proceed and final completion within 180 consecutive calendar days.
