- All supplies, materials, equipment, labor, and superintendence must be furnished by the contractor. - Bidders must comply with the Nebraska Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. 73-901 to 73-907). This includes: - Certifying that the bidder is not a scrutinized company as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 73-903. - Agreeing not to subcontract with a scrutinized company for any aspect of the contract. - Ensuring that any products or services provided do not originate from a scrutinized company.
