Scope of Work

The West Ada School District is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide comprehensive owner's representative services for the construction of a new elementary school on an active school site. The scope of work includes: - Oversight and representation of the District's interests throughout all project phases: design, construction, commissioning, and warranty. - Ensuring the project is delivered on schedule and within budget. - Maintaining alignment with the District's educational program requirements. - Managing the demolition of the existing school during Phase 2. - Overseeing construction of replacement site improvements.

Requesting Entity

This solicitation is issued by Joint School District #2, Meridian, Idaho, also known as the West Ada School District.

Background

This project is a priority capital improvement initiative for the District. The architect and Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the project have already been selected. The District is now seeking an owner's representative to ensure project success.

Contract Requirements

The selected firm must act in the District's best interest, providing project oversight and coordination throughout all phases, including demolition, new construction, and site improvements.

Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in accordance with Idaho Code 67-2320. - Questions regarding this solicitation are due by 06/03/2026. - Intent to Bid must be submitted by 06/09/2026.
