UND Gamble Hall Penthouse Masonry Work

Background

The University of North Dakota (UND) is seeking qualified contractors to perform masonry and waterproofing repairs at the upper penthouse area of Gamble Hall, located at 293 Centennial Drive, Grand Forks, ND. This project aims to ensure the structural integrity and longevity of the building through necessary repairs.

Work Details

The work includes selective brick removal and replacement, installation of new through-wall flashing, mortar restoration, and related accessory work. The project is to be executed in phases as defined in the Drawings and Project Manual. This approach ensures that occupancy and life safety systems are maintained during construction.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to be completed by June 19, 2026.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must hold a valid North Dakota Contractor's license appropriate for the bid amount as per North Dakota Law Sections 43-07-05 and 43-07-12. A copy of the license or Certificate of Renewal must be included with the bid proposal. Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically via UND’s Jaggaer portal. The proposal must include electronic Bid Forms, a quote, a signed Bidder Signature Page, and proof of licensing.
