Work Details

Deliveries will be made to 670 Court Street, Charleston, WV 25301 within ten (10) business days after issuance of a Purchase Order or release order. The vendor is responsible for coordinating all logistics related to supply and delivery. All costs associated with shipping, handling, and delivery must be included in the bid price.
Period of Performance
The initial contract term will be for one (1) year with the possibility of two (2) successive one-year renewals upon mutual written consent.
