Background The Deputy Commandant Programs and Resources (DC P&R) Budget and Execution (B&E) Division is seeking Financial Management Support Services to assist in the execution of civilian personnel budget plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. This procurement is a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside under the GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)+ contract vehicle, with a primary place of performance at the Pentagon and in the Contractor’s facility. Work Details The contractor will provide comprehensive daily analytical, reporting, and administrative support for developing civilian personnel budget execution plans. Key tasks include: conducting monthly comparisons of financial controls, performing detailed weekly analyses of budget execution trends, analyzing civilian labor execution reports, generating system reports from various financial management systems, providing monthly system support for report creation in response to inquiries from the Department of the Navy and Congress, and preparing metrics and status reports for senior leadership meetings. The contractor will also assist with advanced training support services to ensure HQMC DAI users can operate within DAI effectively. This includes developing and delivering training through both in-person and virtual means. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided) Place of Performance Primary performance will occur at the Pentagon, VA, with additional work potentially conducted at the contractor's facility. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be classified as a Woman Owned Small Business. All contractor personnel must have a favorable background check at the appropriate level for this contract. Personnel must also have initiated an Electronic Personnel Security Questionnaire (EPSQ SF86) prior to commencement of work.
