55 CONS is conducting a Sources Sought to determine the interest and availability of vendors for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase agreement for Cloud Service Provider (CSP) credits set forth within the attached Statement of Need (SON). We are intending to award this as a competative Brand Name requirement with a certified Amazon Web Services reseller. Offerors may submit alternate "equal to" proposals for consideration by the governement. Salient Characteristics must include: -The company must be able to provide Cloud Service Provider (CSP) capabilities in regions designated for US Government only use and commercial. -Those CSPs must have the capability to host Impact Level 6 (IL6) based on the DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG). -The company must be authorized to offer capabilities in those US Government only regions up to IL6. The company must be capable of providing payment services (credits) on behalf of wholly governement operated accounts.
