Summary: Background The 99th Civil Engineer Squadron (99 CES) at Nellis Air Force Base is seeking contractors to replace a broken water flow meter at Facility 1711. The goal of this contract is to ensure proper water flow measurement and management at the facility, which is critical for operational efficiency. Work Details The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, transportation, administration, supervision, and all else necessary to perform all aspects for the replacement of the broken water flow meter at Well 12 (Facility 1711). The existing low meter will be replaced with a new flanged propeller meter equipped with an indicator-totalizer or similar device that displays gallons per minute readings and total usage in gallons.
