Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract activity under the VA’s existing construction IDIQs for the same medical center area, including Semper Tek (36C24921D0045, $13,636,945, 08/20/21–08/19/26) and other IDIQ awardees such as Bwhit Infrastructure Solutions (36C24921D0048, $4,067,019) and Paramount Construction Group (36C24921D0051, $2,241,414). The prior work is described as construction IDIQ/MATOC tasking and includes renovation-type building work (e.g., Dunbar Mechanical Contractors’ MATOC TVHS construction and 2h&V Construction Services’ DB renovate Bldg. 204 for Spec CT), which suggests continuity in facility renovation scope and execution at the same VA campus.
