Work Details

The contractor must certify that they do not engage in these boycotts and do not employ illegal immigrants. Additionally, the contractor must ensure that they are not a Scrutinized Company or employing one as a subcontractor.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit certifications regarding: 1) Not engaging in a boycott of Israel for contracts valued at $1,000 or greater; 2) Not employing illegal immigrants for contracts exceeding $25,000; 3) Not engaging in boycotts against energy, fossil fuel, firearms, or ammunition industries for contracts valued at $75,000 or more; 4) Not being a Scrutinized Company or employing one as a subcontractor. These certifications are mandatory prior to entering into any contract.
