Hydraulic Spreader

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for a Hydraulic Spreader. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order for supplying the State of New Hampshire with the specified item(s). This contract aims to meet the needs of the state in accordance with the requirements outlined in this bid invitation.

Work Details

The contract involves providing an 11 Cubic Yard Hydraulic Spreader as per specifications detailed in Attachment 1. The successful vendor must ensure that the equipment meets or exceeds all required specifications and is new, not used or refurbished. The vendor must also provide material safety data sheets for all products covered by RSA 277-A, known as the 'Worker’s Right to Know Act.' Additionally, all items must be delivered to the NH Dept. of Transportation, Bureau of Mechanical Services, Attn: Jared Cloutier, located at 33 Smokey Bear Blvd., Concord, NH 03301.

Period of Performance

The delivery of items is required within 180 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery will take place at NH Dept. of Transportation, Bureau of Mechanical Services, Attn: Jared Cloutier, 33 Smokey Bear Blvd., Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The successful vendor must also provide a warranty covering all parts and services for a minimum period of one year from the date items are received and accepted by the state.
