Background

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for Various Concrete Panel Repairs under Project C-77 (26-28) for the Public Works Department. The goal of this contract is to repair concrete panels at specified locations to ensure safe and functional roadways.

Work Details

The contractor will perform concrete panel repairs at the following locations: 1. 108th & Platteview Rd (East Bound Lane) 2. 80th & Capehart Rd (East and West Bound Lane) 3. 151st & Giles Rd (East Bound Lane) 4. Giles Rd and Meadows Pkwy (East Bound Lane) 5. 156th & Giles (North & South Bound Lanes) 6. Giles Road at Sports Complex (East Bound Lanes) 7. Shepard Street (North and South Bound Lanes) 8. 192nd Cornerstone Storage (North Bound Lane) 9. 156th & Platteview Rd (North & South Bound Lanes) 10. 156th & Fairview Rd (North & South Bound Lanes) 11. Gile Rd (East Bound) 12. S 132nd St & Giles Rd (South Bound Lanes) 13. 96th & Schram Rd (North & South Bound Lanes) 14. 132nd & Capehart Rd (North and South Bound Lanes) 15. 198th & Harrison St (East Bound Lane) 16. 192nd & Edna (South Bound Lane) 17. 192nd & Harrison (South Bound Lane) 18. 192nd & Greenleaf (North Bound Lane) 19. 192nd & Chandler (South Bound Lane) and Sidewalk Installation at 96th and Lincoln Rd.

Period of Performance

The contract period of performance is set for a total of sixty-five (65) calendar days, with all work to be substantially complete by September 30, 2026.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed in various locations throughout Sarpy County, Nebraska as specified in the solicitation.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must include a bid bond of five percent (5%) of the bid price, provide a performance and payment bond equal to one hundred percent of the total bid amount, comply with residency verification requirements, and ensure all employees are properly classified under the Employee Classification Act.
