The Municipality of Anchorage, through its Project Management and Engineering Department, is issuing an Invitation to Bid for the Northern Lights Boulevard Sound Barrier Fence Construction project. The project aims to enhance noise reduction for the surrounding community by constructing a sound barrier fence along E. Northern Lights Boulevard between Princeton Way and Drake Drive.
