Apheresis Services: - Separation and removal of blood components as per physician orders. - Services must include monitoring during procedures and documentation in patient charts. 3. Reference Laboratory Testing: - Available 24/7 with compliance to CLIA standards. Orders categorized as Routine, ASAP, or STAT with specific processing times outlined (e.g., STAT orders processed within 1 hour). 4.
