Work Details

The contract involves the provision of public service announcements (PSAs) by the Maine Association of Broadcasters. These PSAs will be disseminated to all television and radio stations across the State of Maine for broadcast. The total cost for this service is $130,000, while the estimated value of airtime provided will be a minimum of $524,000. The PSAs are intended to inform parents about the necessity of timely vaccinations for their children and encourage adult vaccinations.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and conclude on June 30, 2028.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed throughout the State of Maine, with announcements broadcasted via local television and radio stations.

Bidder Requirements

The selected vendor, Maine Association of Broadcasters, represents all radio and television stations in Maine. This selection is justified as they are capable of delivering public service messaging effectively to a statewide audience.
