AC-26010 Facility 2 Air Wash Blower Replacement

Scope of Work

The contract work involves: - Demolishing and disposing of the existing three (3) blowers, piping, and accessories located in the Facility 2 North Filter Gallery. - Installing two (2) OWNER-supplied blowers, which includes transporting the blowers from their storage location to the installation site. - Providing and installing all necessary ancillary equipment, associated piping, ducting, insulation, housekeeping pads, and other components required for a fully operational system. - Modifying the existing system arrangement as needed to accommodate new equipment locations, piping routing, and system connections. - Applying painting, coatings, and/or insulation to the blower piping and ducting. - Replacing existing power and control cabling between the blower skids, the motor control center, and the control panels. - Performing start-up and commissioning of all new equipment and associated systems installed under this contract. - Ensuring the MANUFACTURER'S authorized representative is present for final inspection and commissioning. - Training OWNER'S personnel on the operation and maintenance of the new equipment.
