This comprehensive approach ensures that every aspect of the roof replacement is addressed, from the initial removal to the final installation, guaranteeing both durability and quality for the facility's long-term needs. This procurement action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside In accordance with FAR 19.502-2.

This work involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued.
