Background This solicitation is issued by the Military Sealift Command for a time charter of one (1) Jones Act qualified U.S.-flag host ship designated for Naval Special Warfare (NSW). The primary goal of this contract is to provide maritime support services based in Pearl Harbor, HI, to enhance operational capabilities. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing a time charter for the SSV MIDPAC. This includes ensuring the vessel meets all specified requirements and performance standards as outlined in the attached documents. Key tasks include: - Compliance with the Vessel Requirements & Performance Work Statement (PWS). - Adherence to guidelines for full/partial off-hire percentages related to readiness issues. - Implementation of the Missions Essential Contractor Services Plan (MECSP). - Provision of crew complement as specified. - Compliance with US Department of Labor Wage Determination and other applicable regulations.
