The government will award the offerors responsible whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are the best overall value to the government, regarding price, delivery, and past performance. Purchase orders will be issued for orders. This solicitation will be made available on or about MAY 22, 2026, and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website, http://www.beta.sam.gov. This site provides all downloading instructions on how to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be available. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses, and all interested parties are encouraged to submit a quote.
