The goal is to enhance access to electronic resources across various federal agencies, including executive, legislative, and judicial branches. Work Details The contractor will provide access to commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) electronic information resources for the FEDLINK program. The scope includes: 1. Lot 1 – Electronic Databases/Publications: Access to databases and electronic publications managed by the contractor. 2. Lot 2 – Document Delivery Services: Provision of copies of published and unpublished materials upon request. 3. Lot 3 – Associated Publications: Offering print, video, microform or multimedia publications related to Lot 1. 4. Lot 4 – Specialized Access/Product Integration: Tailored electronic publication packages for specific customers. Contractors must specify which Lots they are offering and ensure compliance with accessibility standards under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Period of Performance The contract will have a base period of performance lasting 12 months, with four additional option periods extending up to five years total.
