Work Details

The contractor will provide On-Call Data Drop/Cable Installation services which include: 1. Inspection & Evaluation of existing systems. 2. Preventative Maintenance on cabling systems. 3. Repair and Replacement of faulty cables or components. 4. 24/7 on-call service coverage as needed. 5. Obtain necessary permits for work completion. 6. Schedule service shutdowns with county staff as required. 7. Pricing must include a cost-plus percentage methodology for materials and rental equipment, along with labor rates that cover all incidental costs such as travel and per diem. 8. Emergency repairs must be initiated within two hours for unsafe or hazardous conditions. 9. Warranty information for parts and services provided must be included, with a minimum 30-day warranty on services.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract shall be two (2) years, with three (3) one-year options to renew at the discretion of Sedgwick County.
