Background The 22nd Medical Group at McConnell Air Force Base (AFB) is seeking to lease a hematology analyzer to support their clinical operations. The goal of this contract is to provide the necessary equipment and services for performing hematological tests on an annual basis, ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations and standards. Work Details The contractor shall provide an FDA-approved hematology analyzer capable of performing the following: 1. Equipment Lease/Service program for 4,500 annual patient tests at McConnell AFB Clinic, located at 57950 Leavenworth Ave, Wichita, Kansas. 2. New analyzer with auto-loading feature, capable of performing at least 75 complete blood counts (CBC) with a 5-part differential per hour. 3. Must fit within an 18” by 26” countertop space and process adult and pediatric specimens requiring no more than 100 uL of whole blood. 4. Utilize optical/laser technology for white blood cell enumeration and differentiation, including neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils, and platelets. 5. Measure red blood cells (RBCs) with indices such as hemoglobin and hematocrit. 6. Analyze white blood counts up to 200K/uL with 97% precision and platelets up to 3000K/uL with 96% precision. 7. Provide on-board tracking of reagents and controls, calibration materials, and at least three levels of control material. 8. Ensure compliance with Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA), OSHA, CDC, and FDA requirements. Place of Performance McConnell AFB Clinic, located at 57950 Leavenworth Ave, Wichita, Kansas.
