Sources Sought Notice Grand Forks AFB Aircraft Structural Maintenance (ASM) Paint Booth Preventative Maintenance Services THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION! This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to deliver comprehensive preventative maintenance services for the Paint and Sanding Booths, Blasting Media Cabinets, and Compressed Air System supporting the Aircraft Structural Maintenance section at Grand Forks AFB, ND. Services shall include inspection, servicing, repair, filter supply, quarterly air quality testing, and timely response to unscheduled maintenance, in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all applicable federal, state, and Air Force standards. All work must comply with National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) guidelines, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, and base access/security requirements. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
