Work Requested

The County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and/or General Contractor for the New Supplemental Animal Shelter project. The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive CMAR services, which include but are not limited to: - Pre-construction services - Construction management - General contracting - Ensuring the successful delivery of the New Supplemental Animal Shelter Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the County.

Background

This formal Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to gather responses from qualified construction management and general contracting firms. Awards made under this RFP are exempt from competitive solicitation requirements as outlined in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 332.115, Revised 2019.

Contract Requirements

Respondents must be qualified and experienced in providing CMAR services for similar projects. All requirements and detailed instructions are provided in the RFP package.

A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for May 27, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. via Webex. Instructions for attending the conference are included in the RFP package.
