This is an annual requirements contract for electrical supplies to support the ongoing needs of Harry Reid International Airport.

Contract Requirements

- This is a sealed bid process. - All questions and/or responses must be submitted through the NGEM website (www.ngemnv.com). - Any inquiries, documents, or other information submitted outside of NGEM (such as email, fax, or hard-copy) will not be reviewed or considered.

Instructions on Submission

- Potential bidders must register as a Supplier on the NGEM System at www.ngemnv.com. Registration is free. - To register, click on the Supplier Registration link and complete the registration form. - Once registered, bidders can view bid documents by selecting the specific project from the Current Bid Opportunities list and clicking on that project. You must be logged in to your NGEM account to access solicitation information and associated documents. - Registered suppliers may receive email notifications about bid opportunities. Reviewing project bid data will automatically add the bidder's contact information to the bidders list, and the NGEM System will send all updates, changes, or addenda related to the project. - An electronic bid proposal can only be submitted through the NGEM System. While bid documents can be printed for reference, all submissions must be electronic via NGEM.
