Background The Rhode Island Army National Guard (RIARNG) 56th Troop Command is seeking to provide billeting and subsistence (lodging and food) for 178 individuals in support of the Leapfest 2026 Competition Event. The goal of this contract is to ensure adequate lodging and meal services for participants during the event scheduled from July 26, 2026, to August 4, 2026. The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis, as detailed in the attached justification. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing the following services: 1. **Lodging**: - Lodging for Fulltime Support Personnel from July 26, 2026, to August 4, 2026. - Lodging for Early Competitors from July 26, 2026, to August 4, 2026. - Lodging for US Competitors from July 30, 2026, to August 4, 2026. - Total beds required will be calculated based on the needs of support personnel and competitors. - Linen charge per bed will also be included in the lodging services. 2. **Subsistence Plan**: - Dinner service will be provided in a full cafeteria style between the hours of 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM from July 26 to August 4, with specific adjustments on certain days for training requirements. - Breakfast service will also be provided in a full cafeteria style between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM from July 26 to August 4. - The total number of meals served will be calculated based on projected attendance of support personnel and competitors. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from July 26, 2026, through August 4, 2026. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the Wiley Building and associated dining facilities.
