Background The 23d Special Tactics Squadron (STS) is seeking a contractor to install a surround sound system at the Human Performance Training Center (HPTC) located at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The goal of this contract is to enhance the training capabilities of the 23 STS by providing a state-of-the-art audio system that meets their operational needs. Work Details The contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, travel, materials, tools, equipment, and other items required for the installation of the surround sound system at the HPTC. Specific tasks include: 1. Installation of surround sound equipment as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). 2. Verification of installation locations with the 23 STS prior to commencing work. 3. Assistance in acquiring any necessary permits for installation work. 4. Coordination for access to the installation site and provision of a staging area for materials and operations during installation. 5. A one-year warranty on maintenance and replacement parts for all new equipment installed, starting from project acceptance. Period of Performance The contract performance period is expected to commence upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and will be completed within 30 calendar days. Place of Performance The installation will take place at the Human Performance Training Center next to Building #91650, 916 Sanchez Street, Hurlburt Field AFB, FL 32544.
