Background The Government requires Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for the IDS/ACS effort at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBSFS). This initiative aims to ensure compliance with physical security, cybersecurity, and SCIF accreditation standards. The contract's goal is to provide comprehensive support throughout various phases including pre-award planning, solicitation development, technical evaluation, post-award design review, installation quality oversight, testing and acceptance support, accreditation readiness, and sustainment transition. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Pre-award planning and solicitation development; 2. Technical evaluation support; 3. Post-award design review; 4. Installation quality oversight; 5. Testing and acceptance support; 6. Accreditation readiness; 7. Sustainment transition. Additionally, the contractor must ensure compliance with physical security measures, cybersecurity protocols, SCIF accreditation processes, Security System Officer (SSO) review, Authority to Operate/Authority to Connect (ATO/ATC) support, Authorizing Official (AO) review, UL 2050 certification requirements, NIST 128-bit encryption certification standards, as well as training and testing requirements. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBSFS).
