Primary

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for the Decommissioning of the Delta Creek Dam located at the Seney National Wildlife Refuge, Seney, Michigan. This requirement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, with selection made using a best value trade-off evaluation method. This requirement is set aside for Total Small Business concerns.
