This is a Sources Sought notice for the work contemplated in the attached draft Statement of Work. The NPS is seeking sources to perform the following work at ZION National Park: The requirement seeks the replacement of flooring, kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets in employee housing units located in various locations in Zion National Park. Housing locations are specified in section 3.1 in the attached SOW. The work of this section consists of removing the old carpet/pad throughout entire house and replacing it with new flooring materials. New flooring material includes carpet and waterproof, Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP). Removing and replacing kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertop, and associated plumbing fixtures and fittings. Flooring material, cabinet/countertop, fixtures and site-specific locations are specified in section 3.4 and 3.5 of the SOW. Interested contractors are encouraged to complete the attached Sources Sought Worksheet contained as an attachment at the bottom of this announcement. Please provide the completed worksheet to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Cole Johnson, at Cole_Johnson@NPS.Gov by 5/26/2026. Inclusion of your firm's socio-economic status is highly desired as the NPS is seeking to set this project aside to meet Socio-Economic set-aside goals.

Background The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking sources to perform interior rehabilitation work at Zion National Park, specifically focusing on the replacement of flooring and kitchen and bathroom cabinets in employee housing units. The goal of this contract is to enhance the living conditions for park employees by upgrading essential facilities within designated housing areas. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Removing old carpet and pad throughout the entire house and replacing it with new flooring materials, including carpet and waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP). 2. Removing and replacing kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and fittings. Specific locations for housing units are detailed in sections 3.1, 3.4, and 3.5 of the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor must provide all materials, tools, and labor necessary to complete the work as outlined in the SOW. Key tasks include: - Removal of existing flooring materials and preparation of subsurfaces according to manufacturer specifications. - Installation of new flooring materials including specified brands of carpet and LVP. - Removal of existing kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, and associated plumbing fixtures; installation of new cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, and fixtures per industry standards. - Post-construction cleaning services to ensure all residences are left in a clean condition ready for occupancy.
