Snowmobile and Cargo Trailer

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing this Request for Bid (RFB) to establish a contract for the supply of specific items. The goal is to procure a snowmobile and a cargo trailer to meet the needs of the State of New Hampshire.

Work Details

The contract includes the following items: 1. **Snowmobile**: 2027 Ski Doo Summit X (or equivalent) - Color: Black - Engine: 850 E-TEC liquid cooled 2 stroke with all standard equipment - Additional required features include:

Skid Plate

- Reinforcement chassis under kit - Covered trailer and kit - 12 Volt outlet kit - USB port kit - Hand lever brake lever kit - Handlebar deflector kit - Handlebar riser block - LINQ Tunnel bag - Glove box kit - Smartphone heated bag - Guard kit and guard snow kit - All additional equipment must be fully installed prior to delivery. 2. **Cargo Trailer**: 2026 Proline Products Aluminum V-Nose Cargo Trailer Model SN09014 (or equivalent) - Color: Black - Specifications include: - 7000 LB GVWR with standard features plus: - Upgrade to 6’6” interior height - Spare tire on galvanized wheel - Tire wall mount bracket - Mat glide package on both ramps - Low profile ski guides and tracks grabbers - 2” Ball Receiver - Interior and exterior lighting

Period of Performance

Delivery of items is required within 90 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery will be made to the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department, located at 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. A completed Vendor Application Package must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. Vendors are also required to provide material safety data sheets for any products covered by RSA 277-A, the 'Worker’s Right to Know Act.'
