The Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center (AFNWC) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Systems Directorate (SD) team is conducting market research to define the scope and requirements of the Audio Visual (AV)/ Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Lifecycle Information Technology (IT) Support (AV LIT). For this RFI, the Government is seeking input from industry on the capability to operate within a Special Access Program (SAP) environment, as well as to provide feedback on our current requirement documentation (see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Price Catalogue). Background The Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center (AFNWC) is conducting market research to define the scope and requirements for Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Lifecycle Information Technology (IT) Support. The goal of this contract is to gather industry input on capabilities to operate within a Special Access Program (SAP) environment and to receive feedback on current requirement documentation. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing IT support for AV and VTC systems, ensuring compliance with Environmental Management Systems (EMS), participating in government activities such as Continuous Process Improvement initiatives, and adhering to safety programs related to work center hazards. Specific tasks include: - Performing work consistent with the relevant policies and objectives of the EMS applicable to the contract. - Taking corrective actions in case of environmental nonconformance or noncompliance. - Ensuring that all on-site personnel complete yearly EPA-sponsored environmental training. - Participating in various government-initiated activities as requested, including meetings and safety programs.
