Background The FBI Procurement Section is issuing this RFQ and SOW to enter into a contract for commercial services specifically for the removal of an existing 4-dipole array antenna and the installation of a Government-furnished SD214-SF2P2SNM 4-element antenna at the 1,100-foot mark of the WKRG tower (MO-043). The mission of this contract is to ensure the operational integrity and functionality of the communication systems supported by this antenna installation. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Removal of the existing 4-dipole array antenna from the WKRG tower. 2. Installation of a Government-furnished SD214-SF2P2SNM 4-element antenna at approximately 1,100 feet on the WKRG tower. The contractor must coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the broadcasting company that owns the WKRG tower site to determine available times for conducting the installation. The contractor must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to physical security, information protection, and personnel conduct while performing work under this contract. No access to Government facilities or information systems is required for this effort. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is expected to be from June 1, 2026, to August 1, 2026. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at the WKRG tower site.
