Background The 55th Contracting Squadron is issuing Solicitation FA460026Q0038 for parking management services in support of the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base 'Defenders of Freedom' Air and Space Show. Work Details The contractor shall provide equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary for parking management at the air show.
