All bid proposals must include a bid deposit as a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Bidders are subject to Davis Bacon Wage Rates and/or State Prevailing Wage Rates, EEO requirements, and Washington State Contracting Laws.
