SUBJECT: Synopsis Waiver Exception is taken to this requirement solicitation SPRTA1-26-Q-0316 for PR 26-00790 of the synopsis publicizing IAW with FAR 5.202(a)(13), exception: (i) Is for an amount not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
