Background

The State of Delaware Department of Office of Management and Budget, Division of Facilities Management, is seeking professional services to provide Project Technical Assistance Services as needed. This request for proposals (RFP) is issued pursuant to 29 Del. C. §§ 6981 and 6982.

Work Details

The scope of services includes: - Geotechnical and materials testing - Civil engineering services - Civil/structural forensic engineering - Construction inspection/review. Detailed information is provided in Appendix B.

Period of Performance

The contract term will be for one year with three optional extensions for a period of one year each.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed within the State of Delaware.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must provide Delaware license(s) and/or certification(s) necessary to perform the identified services. Proof of State of Delaware Business Licensure must be furnished prior to contract execution. Vendors must also provide proof of insurance as specified in the RFP.
