Background The Fort Sill Commissary is seeking comprehensive grounds maintenance services to ensure a professional, clean, and safe landscape environment. The contractor will be responsible for adhering to installation environmental regulations and water conservation protocols. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for the following tasks: 1. Mowing: Maintain grass at a uniform height of three (3) inches. 2. Edging & Trimming: Edge all sidewalks, curbs, and borders; trim around trees, fences, and structures where mowers cannot reach. 3. Debris Removal: Remove all trash, branches, and yard waste from the grounds prior to and immediately following mowing. 4. Mulching: Remove old mulch and apply a fresh layer of approved mulch to designated areas annually. 5. Pruning: Prune ornamental shrubs and bushes seasonally to maintain their natural shape and promote plant health; maintenance of mature trees is excluded. 6. Pesticide & Fertilizer Applications: Apply commercial-grade fertilizers and pesticides as scheduled; the contractor is responsible for proper application but not liable for infestations outside their control. 7. Quick Response Services: Provide targeted maintenance prior to VIP visits or special events as directed by the Store Director with a response time of 48-72 hours.
