Background

Sarpy County is seeking a qualified contractor for a Building Automation System (BAS) project aimed at upgrading temperature control across multiple sites as part of Phase 1 of this initiative. The goal is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of temperature management within county facilities.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the purchase, installation, and testing of the work indicated by the Drawings and Project Manual for the Sarpy County Temperature Control Upgrades – Multiple Facilities – Phase 1 Project. This includes all necessary components and systems required to implement the BAS effectively across designated locations.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to follow the timeline outlined in the project manual, with specific milestones to be determined during the pre-bid meeting.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at multiple secure facilities within Sarpy County, Nebraska. Specific locations will be provided during the mandatory pre-bid meeting.

Bidder Requirements

Contractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM (CT) at the Sarpy County Boardroom. Attendance is required to submit a bid, and contractors must provide their own transportation to each location at their own risk.
